3-Day Return Policy

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Have all original tags attached.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at auraculturepatel@gmail.com with clear photos/videos of the issue. We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products requested after the 3-day return window.

Used, washed, damaged, or altered items.

Items without original tags or packaging.

Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

Gift cards.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
