Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During festive seasons or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across eligible pin codes.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 Business Days

Remote Locations: 7–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to receive the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. AuraCulture is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at auraculturepatel@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.
